My diarama

This is my diarama about crocodiles. I did it  with Toby and Dakota.

Buddy

This is my reading book called buddy. Buddy is about a competitive boy named Josh and his disabled brother named Jake. My favourite part so far was at the start when Josh had a farting competitionn.I found it interesting that Josh has a disabled brother called Jake.

Fractions

I have been learning fractions.Here are some examples.

1. 1/3 of 12=4
2. 1/3 of 27=9
3. 2/3 of 27=18
4. 1/5 of 25=5
5. 3/5 of 25=15 (because 3x5=15)

a scary dragon like creature with 7 eyes, 12 feet, torn sharp wings and a wart on his right eyeball! “Aghhh!” This tall tree looks like it would be an easy climb. “Ouch! My knee” I escaped as quickly as Usain bolt! The monster was gaining my lead. “Help!” It was then I realized I was naked in the forest with no one to save me. The creature was really close now! “Chomp” It was all over now. Who even am I? I don’t care now. I’m dead meat! “Gulp”

“Somebody save me!” Who are my family? Help!”

I enjoyed doing my dance in front of  lots of people. I was bubbling with exitement as we went on stage.

I solved these problems by using  a number line. first I went to the tidiest ten and then I jumped to the answer.

Beep beep beep   ''owwwwwwww"! That hurt. It's 6:oo am and I fell out of bed. Not a great start to my 5th birthday, but oh well. ''Hurry up mum''! I whined."I need breakfast quickly so we can get to lollipops play land for my party''. It is 12:00 and me and my friends have arrived. I raced excitingly for the big slide with the ball pit on the bottom. I started too slide down as two round disks trapped me in the front and back!"aghhhhhh"! save me!I yelled as loud as the school bell! "Wake up"!yelled mum. "I have your bacon and eggs  for your birthday breakfast'' .....

The surprize star

Today we watched a video clip for writing. This is my writing

"Hey granddad it's time to go" I yelled. We were  leaving the old farm house for good. By the way my name is Earwig. We were going exploring to live on an undiscovered colourful island.I wept as we left farmer John alone and in charge of the farm.As we sailed the rocky seven seas I miserably threw up over the side of the boat.:( The moon was slowly rising as I  sleepily murmured "are we there yet?" "no Earwig" whispered my grandfather.Then suddenly crash... we were stranded.

Granddad knew this would be the place to live permanently."wow" There was almost a million stars on the soft sand. I gasped as  a star landed in the pile I touched the bright star."ohhh" "ahh" I said as it shimmed brightly
under the moonlight. Then another one came shooting down and then another and another.One by one."Hello my friends" said an odd voice."Welcome too super crazy fun resort"."the stars are really wooden things we use for throwing". "we should be on our way" said grandfather."can we stay for just tonight?" I whined."fine" said grandpa. "good" said the owner of the hotel.After our stay we set once more to a deserted island.

Fiji

You will not believe how fun Fiji is! I got to see ice age 4 continental drift.I got to sleep in two different rooms.The first room was the room that my mum slept in. the second room was my cousins room.Is it cold in new Zealand?It is warmish in Fiji. The water is cold.I miss room 7. I can not wait to come back.Tomorrow I am going to beachcomber island. Horrayyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
